When using single serve side, hot water flows into carafe reservoir through overflow instead of out the single serve dispenser and into my cup. Anyone else have this happen?

If you get no water thru the single serve and all water comes out the overflow then your single serve hot water pump is probably dead. If you get only a part of your single serve brew with the rest overflowing then the hot water pump still works and you might improve but fill level by cleaning out the pump line in the top of the single serve with a tiny brush or pipe cleaner. Take out the needle fixture to access this line.

2times when putting water in the reservoir, using carafe to measure Like always there is water left in the carafe . Where does the extra water coming from? We do use the single cup brew quite often but as you know it has its own reservoir

If your single use brews are coming up "short" the missing brew water is overflowing to the carafe reservoir.

My Flexbrew is less than 6 months old but the single serve is coming up short & the water is flowing into the carafe tank side causing the carafe to overflow. What do I do?

When using our Flex Brew TRIO to make a single cup, about half the water will flow into the Carafe Side. I cannot find a way to fix this. Does anyone have a solution?

Figured out how to fix overload problem on single serve side. When you open the lid take the upper part out (mine is gray in color) of the lid and clean thoroughly. You will know it has cleaned out when you blow through it and nothing more comes out. Put back in place and you will need to run through a few times. Good luck.
